Responsible for completing search
assignments for roles in the consumer packaged goods industry.

Manage the entire search process – from
start to finish.

Assist in developing position descriptions,
surveys, and interview documents.

Work with the team to develop appropriate
recruitment strategies and processes.

Recruit, screen, evaluate, interview, and
coach candidates.

Identify and build relationships with
multiple decision makers.

Generate new business.
-
Maintain and enhance relationships with our
existing clients.

Interview and qualify potential candidates
to present to the client.
-
Prefer prior recruiting experience, working
in a fast-paced environment.

5+ years business to business experience.
-
College degree preferred.
-
Knowledge of consumer packaged goods.
-
Retained search experience desired, but not
necessary.

Excellent recruitment skills: awareness of
the market, presentation skills, candidate selection, and
evaluation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and
sales ability.

Knowledgeable about current job markets and
trends or willing to learn.

Must be a self-starter and a team player-
with a sense of humor!

Proven track record of developing contacts
and selling professional services.

Must be computer literate.

Strong relationship building skills.
